About Laurent

Laurent Franken has worked 12 years in-company in various operational, sales, advice and support functions.

Throughout these years, he noticed how some companies, influenced by their environment, have progressively moved away from their identity, embarking their disoriented managers and employees.

Initially trained as an engineer, he specialised himself in the systemic of organisations and in change management, then set up Eiffel Services.

Since 2003, Eiffel Services to use its competences to help companies that wish to evolve and reinforce their identity.
